Mr. He Chunlei, born in April 1965, is a Ph.D. in economics. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Company and concurrently serves as a Non-executive Director of Shanghai Insurance Exchange Company Limited. Before joining the Company, Mr. He had served in the Economic Research Institute of the Academy of Social Sciences of Shaanxi Province, and the post-doctoral program of Economics of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Mr. He had served as Deputy General Manager of China Continent Insurance, Vice Chairman and General Manager of China Re P&C, Chief Executive Officer of the international P&C reinsurance business of the Company, Director and Chairman of China Continent Insurance, Director of China Re AMC, Vice President, Director, Executive Vice President, Vice Chairman and President of the Company.
